Manager view for tracking the CSR team's transfer volume, talk time, funding rate, and anomaly callouts. Currently under construction — the data pipeline (csr-transfer-stats API + Contact.OwnerHistory queries) is on the rollout roadmap.

Until this launches, CSR transfer activity is visible directly in Salesforce reports. Contact Jason for an interim report.

For now: your work is tracked in Salesforce. Every time you warm-transfer a lead to an LO, the SF ownership change is your credit. Your manager can see the full picture.
